INSIGHTS A.I.-enabled devices like AP1 and KP2 have ADAS and DSM events available for partner configurations. Partners with specific preferences regarding the enablement of different event types can contact INSIGHTS support at smartwitness-support@sensata.com to submit a special configuration request. Depending on fleet size, it may take our internal support teams up to a week to configure every device. To ensure the fastest possible configuration, follow the steps outlines in the device's technical documentation and the mobile app calibration process.

Please note that undergoing several rounds of OTA adjustment for optimal ADAS and DSM sensitivities is normal. If you receive more or fewer events than desired and wish to update settings, don't hesitate to open a support ticket or contact us via e-mail.
