With strong B2B SaaS marketing, customer and product management experience, Michael Bloom brings an inspiring mix of expertise, vision and passion to the SmartWitness team. He is solution oriented, data driven and committed to seeking out and solving unmet or poorly met customer needs and delivering the best possible customer experience — all rooted in a design-thinking approach. Michael’s career spans a wide variety of roles, from Partner at a full-service B2B Integrated Marketing Communications agency to Adjunct Professor in Marketing and Strategic Planning at the University of Chicago to leadership roles in Strategic Planning, Customer Experience and Product Management at Teletrac Navman, a provider of GPS-based fleet tracking systems. He holds an MS in Product Design and Development Management from Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science and a BA in Anthropology and Sociology from Albion College.
